Please come to the hall approximately 15 minutes before the session and be seated at the next chair's seat before the start time of your session.
To Oral Presenters
Presentation time is 8 minutes presentation and 4 minutes discussion.
Oral Presentation
Presentation can be made only with personal computers. Preview of your data and safe keeping of data is accepted only at the PC data desk. Data keeping is received at any time during the PC data desk operating hours and please come to the desk well in advance.
In the course of your presentation please do not use any personal information (initials, etc.) that might make it possible to identify patients, etc.
Specifications
PC which installed PowerPoint 2007/2010 with Windows7 is used in the venue.
*Windows users: Please bring USB memory or CD-ROM
*Macintosh users: Please bring your own laptop

Preparation of presentation data
USB memory / CD-R data (Windows only):
- CD-R is only available for Windows format
- Use the following font to avoid getting garbled.
Arial, Arial Black, Century, Century Gothic - OS: Windows 7
- Applications: Windows PowerPoint 2003/2010
- Windows XP, Windows Vista (OS) and Macintosh users: Please bring your own laptop
Laptop data:
- OS : Windows XP or later
Macintosh : OS X10.1.2 or later - Please confirm in advanced that the data can be shown on an external display.
- Please ensure to bring your own AC mains adaptor and external output connector.
- Please deactivate the screen-saver and power saving setting.
To Poster presenters
Please come to the poster reception desk and check your name.
Presentation time is 4 minutes presentation and 2 minutes discussion.
Presenters should be ready in front of your exhibition panel 5 minutes before the session starts.
Poster Regulations
Contents, figures, graphics and pictures should be clear to understand from the distance.
- A poster panel for exhibition is 210cm in height and 90cm in width.
- The secretariat will prepare a presentation number card (20cm x 20cm) and push-pins.
- The presentation poster should be prepared by the presenters.
- Please ensure to prepare a sheet which will fit on a separate space 20cm high by 70cm wide and it has the title of your presentation, presenter's name, all co-authors' name and affiliation.
